I go to what's called the observation deck, I know now has the best inside view of the morning sunrise. I can see the water below, and the skyline from this spot just great, except for the lights in the room, making a glare on ye window. Sun up will be awhile yet, but as usual it happens so fast, I blink and the sun's up. I'm loving this vantage point, and as I think that next thought is we head this way, south towards Puerto Vallarta till I think tomorrow morning, then after we'll be traveling north, so to see the Sun up, be at the stern of this ship.
So quiet now, the people managing the dishes are have now moved a little further, and almost nobody here really. Little bits of clouds pass, and ocean is, and has been so darn calm. Great for our first cruise.
I get up to move for a better look though the bigger window at the very back, and see Dave, a guy I'd met yesterday morning, he's from New York originally, but lives in Washington State now, we had a good time yesterday discovering the ship together, and getting to know each other. When we were at the steak dinner last night, he stopped by introduced himself and his wife. Was nice, meet his wife and Polly to meet him.
We talked a bit this morning, he'd already been out looking around, cold he said, and I was on my way out. 👋 Hi and see ya later.
Had a good look around the top decks, now going to discover deck 7, has the walk around deck, hopefully get right to the front.
Deck seven was interesting, but couldn't get to the front, all that is reserved for the "Haven" guests, pay more get best is the way.
I'm ok with our views 😀 another cup of coffee ☕☕ & one for Polly now, my usual way, still figuring out the best paths to our room from the closest coffee bar.
Polly always appreciates the morning coffee I bring, she's patient, plays her game on her phone, and waits till I come home.
The neighbors on each side are up, saw a pod of three whales, so Polly got up, and neighbor Brenda she saw them, Donna and Sam next door, I think they missed. But was fun all chatting as we drank our coffee's ☕ and watched for them to return. I'm outside now still hoping to see the whale's 🐳 🐋 again.
Polly comes and joins me, as I peck here. I'll quit now.
We finished our conversation, now Polly showers, and soon off to breakfast, that's one thing we have been doing, lots of good food here, Oh and drink's, many different drinks to try, a "drink of the day" Polly has a different one yesterday, Mango 🥭 something that she really liked.
Mud slide been the best I tried, so far. We have been behaving, really 😀
It's an adventure we had thought of many times before, we just now have realized it. There is lots to do if ya look around, today will try to get doing something, we had a Kelly Hughes show yesterday at noon, and another today, that's always fun. Maybe try to get closer seats today.was a load of people there, from Yuma we had 3 busses, and Kelly said yesterday over 500 people signed up for the cruise through his group. That alota people watching him and his band. We remember him from last winter, from our Naked Date's Sunday afternoons dance and party.
Great performance, and fun times.
Well Polly is done, off to breakfast now.
Life sure is interesting & fun on a boat!
Love our life ❤️
